တိုင်ကြားမှု အောင်မြင်ပါသည်

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for construction and interior fit-out projects.

Construction နှင့် Renovation Projects များအတွက် Drawing များကို အခြေခံ၍ Material Quantity နှင့် Labour Quantity များ တွက်ချက်ခြင်း။

Prepare cost breakdowns, quotations, tender documents and variation orders.

Site မှ Actual Quantity များကို စစ်ဆေးတိုင်းတာပြီး BOQ နှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။

Monitor project costs, material usage and budget variations to support effective cost control.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement Team and Subcontractors regarding quantities, costs and work progress.

စီမံကိန်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီအတွက် Material Wastage နှင့် Unnecessary Costs များ လျှော့ချနိုင်ရန် အကြံပြုဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Prepare regular quantity and cost reports for management review.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in construction, renovation or interior fit-out projects.

Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and cost estimation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Knowledge of construction materials, labour costing and subcontractor quotation evaluation.
