Material Planning & Forecasting Plan and forecast solar materials based on project sales pipeline, product sales demand and historical consumption trends. Prepare Material Requirement Plan (MRP) aligned with monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with Sales Teams to understand upcoming demand Overseas Procurement Coordination Prepare and submit Material Order Requests (MR) to procurement team Follow up on project sales pipeline, production timelines and shipping schedules. Track on-the-way / in-transit shipments and update internal stakeholders Inventory Management & Stock Control Monitor & manage current stock balance, reserved stock for ongoing projects and safety stock levels. Ensure no stock shortage for: project sales team and product sales team. Maintain accurate stock records and reporting Warehouse Allocation (Yangon & Myeik) Decide stock distribution between Yangon and Myeik Warehouses. Optimize allocation based on sales demand, project locations and lead time & logistics cost. Ensure Timely stock transfer between locations Reservation & Stock Commitment Control Manage stock reservation for confirmed projects and sales orders. Prevent over-commitment of inventory Coordinate closely with Sales Team to release or adjust reserved stock Sales Team Coordination Support to Yangon and Myeik Sales Team. Provide stock availability updates Align material planning with sales priorities Reporting & Monitoring Prepare regular reports for stock balance, in-transit material and material shortage risk. Highlight risks and propose solutions (urgent ordering, stock transfer, etc.)
