Job Scope & Responsibilities Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation Contract variations – including value engineering and management Monitor and report construction costs status during installation period through to completion Advise and report on contract interpretation, payments, changes in scope of works, variation and final accounts Establishing the terms and conditions Co-ordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager and Contractor for site actual material requirement and for subcon award. Request Quotations and prepare comparison To support Quotation in time for Sale Target. Coordinate with all the relevant departments for smooth process. Review and compare Budget Cost at Initial Design Stage for Value Engineering. Prepare accurate cost estimates (BQs) for the project. Propose alternative solutions for procurement and sourcing supplies. Contractor claims for work completed and certify payments. Site Visits when it as required.
Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other online channels. Create content and post regularly on social media to ensure brand consistency. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen the company’s image and market position. Collaborate with design and Branding Teams to produce engaging content. Manage influencer partnerships and online collaborations. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
