- Manage inventory receiving, issuing, and stock control for solar panel installation projects. - Monitor and track import shipments from overseas suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. - Coordinate closely with Project, Procurement, Finance, and Sales departments to ensure smooth material flow. - Monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure materials are delivered on time to installation sites. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly distribution and inventory reports. - Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety procedures for solar panels and related equipment. - Support distribution planning and logistics coordination for project implementation. - Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation. - Perform other warehouse management and operational duties as assigned
