• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. • Build, maintain, and strengthen dealer, agent, and direct customer relationships to ensure long‑term success. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and identify growth opportunities. • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities , including product launches, trade shows, and events to support brand visibility and customer engagement. • Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure optimal product availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. • Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior leadership. • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets, enhance skills, and elevate customer service standards.
Supervise and manage Leasing Drivers (assign routes, monitor performance, ensure safety). Oversee full Leasing Operations to ensure a smooth, fast, and accurate workflow. Coordinate vehicle preparation, documentation, contracts, and handover timelines. Drive vehicles for delivery, pickup, or transfers when operational support is needed. Work closely with customers and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality service. Monitor fleet inventory, schedules, and daily operations to improve efficiency.
