Responsibilities Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Formulate new recipes and optimize existing food products. Scale benchtop experiments to full commercial production. Conduct ingredient functionality research and analyze food chemistry variations. Perform sensory testing, evaluation, and data analysis for new formulations. Ensure all products and processes adhere to the highest quality and food safety standards. Maintain meticulous documentation of recipes, testing results, and compliance records. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and other departments. Report directly to the Company Directors and perform other duties as assigned.
