We are currently hiring Logistics Executives for reputable Trading and Manufacturing companies in Yangon, Myanmar.

Total 5 vacancies with work locations in Bahan, Insein, Kyauktada and Thilawa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting logistics operations efficiently
• Support import, export and local distribution businesses
• Participating in transportation coordination
• Involves in other operational activities to ensure smooth business execution
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining import, export, and local logistics documentation accurately and on time.
• Responding to business-related emails and operational matters promptly.
• Internal and external cooperation and coordination to support efficient logistics execution and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments by providing logistics coordination, operational support and practical solutions

Assisting in warehouse activities:

• Including receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials and consumables
• Advising in optimizing the layout and safety standards through proper stacking/labeling and ensuring precise records
• Inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits while applying FIFO to prevent material loss
• Maintain real-time records in the inventory management system and prepare regular reports

• Minimum bachelor’s degree holder
• Preferred Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, shipping documentation, and local logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of material handling, inventory control, and delivery coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience or proficiency in ERP systems considered a strong advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
