Conduct product training for sales teams, promoters, dealers, and retail staff on mobile phones and AIOT products Monitor and analyze competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, activities, and offers. Prepare and update training materials, presentations, demo guides, and FAQs according to new product launches and market changes. Train promoters and sales staff on current promotions, bundles, schemes, and special offers Motivate promoters through training, recognition, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure full and correct POSM coverage (signage, posters, light boxes, demo tables, shelves, etc.) in assigned retail outlets. Monitor POSM installation quality, condition, and placement according to approved standards. Coordinate POSM deployment, replacement, and removal as required. Provide clear guidance and direction to regional teams, promoters, and merchandisers on standard display guidelines. Ensure all shops maintain brand-compliant display layouts, cleanliness, and visibility. Conduct regular market visits to check and maintain shop displays. Support shop re-branding, renovation, and campaign setups. Regional & Nationwide Coordination Work closely with regional teams to align on visibility standards and execution plans. Share market insights and recommendations to continuously improve visibility quality.
Develop and implement effective PR strategies and plans to support new product launches. Manage media relations by building relationships with key media outlets and journalists. Expand and manage KOLs/KOCs with agencies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials. Leverage existing third-party partnerships (e.g., Burmese mainstream app contacts, media platforms and agencies) to initiate brand collaborations and gain resource support. Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage and operate social media platforms including Facebook and TikTok Create, write, and edit engaging content in English and Burmese Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement Collaborate with internal teams (local sales, local technical team, local multimedia designer, global marketing) to create compelling content Monitor daily social media activity, comments, and messages Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions, etc.) Prepare regular analysis and performance reports Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaigns Event Planning & Support Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including tradeshows, roadshows, product launches, and other campaigns Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for event execution Support on-site event activities and post-event follow-up User Research Insights Conduct user research , including interviews with end users and channel customers Gather insights to inform content, campaigns, and product messaging Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies
