Record each item's product category, description, purchase cost, selling price and current location. Record every stock movement, including purchases, sales, returns, repairs, and transfers. Create and maintain a unique Product ID for every diamond and jewellery item. Prepare stock transfer requests and documentation. Monitor jewellery sent for repair, resizing, polishing or other services. Track customer deposits, reserved items and products awaiting collection in coordination with Finance and Sales. Verify newly purchased stock against supplier invoices and purchase documents. Coordinate with management and Finance to ensure purchases are properly approved and recorded. Prepare list of items under repair, reserved, missing or otherwise unavailable for sale. Prepare monthly inventory summary by branch and product category. Candidate should be able to travel to Mandalay Branch if needed, with meal and travel allowance.
