Content Strategy & Supervision : Develop comprehensive content calendars and lead the writing of scripts and creative copy. Provide clear direction and guidance to team members. Creative Quality Control : Review and provide feedback on graphic designs, videos, and short films to ensure high-quality output and brand consistency. Advertising & Media Buying : Execute and manage digital advertisements using Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite. Optimize media buying strategies to improve reach and engagement. Trend & Seasonal Marketing : Create timely promotional content and marketing copy based on seasonal changes and current digital trends. Media & Partner Coordination : Liaise with media organizations, request and negotiate quotations, and manage media schedules and verification. Influencer Management : Coordinate and negotiate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for brand collaborations, including the planning and filming of advertisements and Vlogs. Event Planning : Organize promotional events and manage the preparation of necessary marketing materials and logistics. Performance Reporting : Prepare and present monthly digital marketing reports, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and advertisements.
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. Maintain and review General Ledger (GL) accounts and perform regular Bank Reconciliations. Prepare for Modern Trade Channel Commercial Tax Process (Form 31) , and Tax Documents. Prepare and monitor budgets and provide analysis of the company’s expenses and financial performance. Monitor and control expenses to ensure proper financial management and compliance with company policies.Coor dinate and cooperate with Internal and External Auditors during audit processes. Supervise, guide, and support Junior Accountants and other accounting staff in their daily activities. Ensure accounting records and financial transactions are properly maintained and accurately recorded. Provide financial information and analysis to management whenever required. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management
