Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Maintain and review General Ledger (GL) accounts and perform regular Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare for Modern Trade Channel Commercial Tax Process (Form 31) , and Tax Documents.
Prepare and monitor budgets and provide analysis of the company’s expenses and financial performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure proper financial management and compliance with company policies.Coor
dinate and cooperate with Internal and External Auditors during audit processes.
Supervise, guide, and support Junior Accountants and other accounting staff in their daily activities.
Ensure accounting records and financial transactions are properly maintained and accurately recorded.
Provide financial information and analysis to management whenever required.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, B.Com, CPA, LCCI Level 3 (UK), ACCA Part 2, or Diploma in Accounting.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a Senior Accountant or similar position.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, ACCPAC, ERP systems, or other relevant accounting software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
Good understanding of Myanmar tax laws, IRD procedures, and applicable accounting standards.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively manage and supervise a team.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
