Financial Reporting and Accounting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards. - Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. - Motor and control cash flow and working captial. Budgeting and Forecasting - Lead the annual budgeting process. - Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis. - Provide insights to management on financail preformance and cost optimization. Financial Planning and Analysis - Analyze financial data to support business decisions. - Prepare profitability reports, cost analysis, annd financial models. - Identify financial risks and opportunities. Internal Controls and Compliance - Implement and mmonitor internal controls to safeguard company assests. - Enusre compliance with tax laws, statutory regulations and audit requirements. - Coordinate with external and internal auditors. Team Management - Supervise and suppport finance and accounting staff. - Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations. - Ensure efficient workflow and accuracy within the team. Strategic Support - Act as a financial adviser to senior management. - Participate in strategic planning, investment evaluations, and business improvement initiatives. - Support operational departments with financial guidance (including Sales, Procurement, and HR).
