Oversee stockroom organization and shipment intake. Open and close the store, manage cash handling, balance registers, and ensure adherence to operational checklists. Serve as the primary floor leader to maintain high standards of customer engagement, issue resolution, and checkout efficiency. Assume full operational responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is offsite. Delegate daily floor tasks, manage shift schedules, and provide constructive, real-time feedback. Identify opportunities to increase foot-traffic conversion and optimize product placement.
