Usage Tracking: Track how much material is "checked out" to the production floor and reconcile it against finished goods. Proactive Forecasting: Monitor stock levels and provide "Low Stock" alerts to management well before materials run out. Organization: Maintain a clean, labeled, and logical storage system for all trims and textiles. Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers regarding shipping delays or discrepancies in orders.
