Would you like to be in the heart of a fashion brand, learning how a clothing company operates from inside out? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin to support the daily operations of our fahsion office and stores. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that our team, our files and our communications are in order. This is a vital role for someone who loves multitasking and thrives in fast-paced creative environment.
Location: Yuzana Plaza, Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily operations: Assist in the smooth running of the office by managing internal schedules and coordinating daily tasks.
    Sales operations: Assist in logging sales orders in software.
  • Digital organization: Manage company emails, digital and physical files, log communication and handle basic data entry.
  • Office logistics: Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies; ensure the workspace is orderly and functional.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule appointments, organize internal meetings, and take minutes.
  • Basic HR Support: Assisting with attendance tracking, maintaining employee records and helping on-board new hires.
