Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched within agreed service levels. Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow to maximize productivity and safety. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards (5S). Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, periodic stock counts, and reconciliation. Monitor stock movements, aging inventory, slow-moving items, and damaged goods. Ensure products are stored according to company guidelines, including FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out), where applicable. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. Minimize inventory losses through effective stock control and security measures. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Monitor dispatch schedules and transportation performance. Optimize loading plans to maximize vehicle utilization and reduce transportation costs. Manage customer returns and reverse logistics processes. Recruit, supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel. Set team objectives and monitor performance through regular reviews. Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak operations. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Enforce proper handling, storage, and transportation practices for personal care products. Conduct regular warehouse safety inspections and risk assessments. Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and operated safely. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Analyze warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement. Support warehouse process automation and digital initiatives. Collaborate with Sales to prioritize urgent customer orders. Work with Procurement to manage inbound deliveries and replenishment. Coordinate with Finance regarding inventory reconciliation and stock valuation. Support product launches and promotional activities by ensuring product availability.
