Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising and other platforms as necessary. Coordinate marketing activities to support and activate 360 marketing activities together with trade and brand marketing. Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and brand-building initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize ROI. Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including content planning and publishing. Develop engaging content and coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators, KOLs, third party agencies and celebrities. Monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online communities. Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn or any other platform that is required by job nature. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. Monitor advertising budgets and analyze campaign results. Improve conversion rates and customer acquisition performance. Support website updates and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and SEO-friendly. Coordinate blog posts, landing pages, and other digital content initiatives. Work with developers and agencies to improve website functionality and user experience. Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools. Track key digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyze campaign data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. Coordinate in very polite and productive manner with internal teams, external agencies, influencers, and media partners. Support influencer marketing and affiliate marketing initiatives. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and company policies.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and utilities. Monitor production KPIs including productivity, yield, efficiency, downtime, and waste. Coordinate production schedules with supply chain and sales forecasts. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and food safety requirements. Drive adherence to HACCP, ISO, FDA and other applicable standards. Promote a strong safety culture across the factory. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Coordinate with engineering teams for machinery upgrades and installations. Control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. Lead, coach, and develop production and support teams. Conduct performance reviews and succession planning. Foster teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Prepare and present factory performance reports.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division sales, profit, and market share targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the division team including Southern Myanmar Sales Team, product development, and supply chain functions. Oversee product portfolio management, including new product launches and lifecycle management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, suppliers, and other partners. Drive marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve product offerings. Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement within the division.
