Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily delivery schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
• Ensure all customer orders are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Supervise delivery supervisors, drivers, and delivery assistants.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Train and coach team members on delivery procedures, customer service, and safety practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements.

• Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and fuel consumption.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with the fleet management team.
• Ensure all delivery vehicles comply with company and legal safety requirements.

• Verify delivery documentation, invoices, delivery orders, and proof of delivery.
• Ensure returned goods are properly documented and processed.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and prepare operational reports.

• Address customer delivery concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key customers.
• Ensure high standards of service during every delivery.

• Ensure cosmetic products are handled, stored, and transported according to company quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Investigate delivery discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Analyze delivery performance using key metrics.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support logistics improvement projects and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in the FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or retail distribution industry is preferred.
