As Account Director based in Myanmar, you are responsible for driving Our Company’s local business development, managing key accounts, and overseeing creative delivery in collaboration with our internal teams and partners. You play a critical role in strengthening our presence in the Myanmar market while supporting the launch of our regional agency operations in Thailand.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Develop new business opportunities for The Company in Myanmar, leveraging your existing network of contacts and identifying growth areas.
  2. Position The Company as a strategic partner for creative, tech and digital media solutions in the local market.
  3. Lead and grow key client relationships.
  4. Ensure The Company delivers high-quality, strategic work that meets client objectives and builds long-term value
  5. Receive, evaluate, and refine client briefs in coordination with the Myanmar-based sales team.
  6. Prepare proposals and co-present The Company related pitches to clients alongside with the partner company, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  7. Project manage all creative services for OOH and DOOH, working closely with The Company’s internal creative, production, and sales teams (with the partner company).
  8. Accommodated department leads to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of high-quality outputs across all stages of development.
  9. Build, manage, and mentor a growing The Company team in Myanmar. This includes the use of your existing network of skilled individuals that can bring value to The Company team.
  10. Nuture a collaborative, efficient, and inspired work environment in line with The Company standards and values.
  11. Provide on-the-ground support for the development and future launch of The Company Myanmar-led agency operation in Thailand.
  12. Share local insights, operational planning, and recruitment support as part of the regional expansion strategy.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Fulfill day-to-day project management duties, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and team meetings; monitor and ensure accuracy in weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation standards, ensuring all files and project materials are well organized, updated, and stored correctly.
