Identify and establish partnerships with EV manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, government agencies, and strategic partners.

Explore new market opportunities for EV distribution, fleet solutions, charging networks, and related services.

Lead negotiations for major partnerships, supply agreements, and business collaborations.

Conduct market analysis and monitor EV industry trends, policies, and competitor activities.

Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive successful EV projects and market penetration.

Develop business proposals, investment plans, and revenue models for EV initiatives.

Build and lead a high-performing business development team.

Any Bachelor degree or Master’s degree are more prefferable

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership, preferably in automotive, renewable energy, mobility, or EV-related industries.

Strong understanding of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, mobility solutions, and energy transition trends.

Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and close high-value deals.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Experience working with government stakeholders or regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
