    • Internal
      • All department related with treasury issues especially for Account receivable / collection /and Bank Reconciliation.
    • External
      • Supplier/ Customer for treasury purpose only
      • Banks  

 

  • Functional Responsibilities

 

      • Prepare cash and bank payments
      • Preparation of cash in/out update
      • Monitor the receivable for credit sales.
      • Prepare necessary paperwork for Treasury payments and returns
      • Balance Sheet Reconciliation for Cash /Bank/Suspense Account
      • Work with the accounting department for financial data

 

  • Knowledge Responsibilities: 
    • Work closely with accounting and assist for the documentation/archive

 

  • Travel Requirements:
    • Require to go to bank if necessary.

  • Bachelor degree.  
  • Diploma in Accounting
  • At least 2 year experience in related field  
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Strong communication with both external and internal.
