- Examining expenses from various departments; Document completeness matching check and data entry
- list titles; Caution in Splitting Analytics Accounts Headings
- Checking the monthly accounts; Reporting to the Finance Manager/CA
- Ensuring that the entire General Ledger is correct
- Monthly checking to ensure correctness of Suspense Accounts
- Cash, Bank, Sales, Purchase, Receivable, Payable Statement reports should be posted daily in line with the timeline.
