  • Handle and record daily accounting transactions.

  • Maintain cash books, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain inventory/stock records and product costing records.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and month-end closing activities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • LCCI Level 2 or above is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and Practices.
  • Accurate, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be given preference.
