• Any graduate must have a diploma or certificate in HR and/or Administration.• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR and/or administration preferred.• Fresh graduates with strong skills and motivation may also be considered.• Strong understanding of office management practices.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
