  1. Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  2. Maintain employee records and HR databases
  3. Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  4. Assist in payroll preparation and leave management
  5. Help organize training and staff development activities
  6. Manage office supplies and inventory
  7. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  8. Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  9. Handle correspondence and office communication
  10. Support general office operations as required.

  1. Any Degree/Diploma (HR, Business Administration) or Related Field Preferred.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred)
  3. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Good working knowledge of written and spoken English.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
