We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our construction team. The Architect will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures while ensuring compliance with project requirements, regulations, and client expectations. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and construction teams throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for construction projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including layouts, sketches, and 3D models.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Review and approve construction materials, finishes, and structural elements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Address design-related issues and provide solutions during construction phases.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project records.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in architectural design within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with sustainable and green building practices.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
