  1. Develop Sales and Marketing policies and procedures, set objectives and target, and prepare marketing strategic plan for productive and systematic operations.
  2. Supervise day to day tasks and activities of team member, monitor their performance, operational planning process, financial/budget execution to achieve high performance. 
  3. Regularly visit and meet with KOLs of healthcare professionals.
  4. Plan and organize marketing activities including, product prsentation workshops, conferences, exhibition, educational events, webinar progarams.
  5. Peform effective marketing strategies to achieve agree - upon goals.
  6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the National Manager.

  1. Any graduate (Medical related degree is more preferable)
  2. Must have at least 5 years or more of experience in a similar positon. At least 1-2 years experience in leading team.
  3. Must have knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical products.
  4. Must be handle to Upper Myanmar areas.
  5. Leadership abilities, strategic approach, client - oriented. 
  6. Planning, problem solving and prioritizing abilities.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
