  1. Job Descriptions
  • Achieve the Sales Target and Expand the Exist Market Share
  • Build the Good Image of Company and Product
  • Focus the Long-Term Good Relationship with KOLs/Customers
  • Analyze the Data (Products, Customers, Competitors, Market Situation) and report to the concerned person
  • Find out the solution to Customers complaint / request and take corrective action with the suggestion of superiors
  • Cooperate with marketing and medical teams to meet the organization goals
  • Market review and develop the monthly sales plan
  • Plan daily routine work of wholesale team, retail and trip / mobile teams (Way plan, Sales and Credit)
  • Visit the KOLs/Customers (Wholesalers & Retailers) and trip as per plan
  • Build the good relationship and Market negotiation with KOLs (Wholesalers / Retailers)
  • Emphasize the customers complain, query and fulfil the customer request
  • Review the market and competitor information reported by supervisors and MSR
  • Supervise the media marketing (Emailing, sending information via viber) and phone calling of sales team
  • Support the sales and marketing activities of Sub-Branch Offices
  • Plan the measures to increase the sales of slow moving and dead items
  • Manage the use of promotion expenses and samples
  • Learn the product knowledge, sales and marketing knowledge and general management knowledge (skills development) and give training to sales team
  • Give the training about sales related knowledge (Customer behavior, Credit Policy, Discount, Free Samples, Consignment and Return Policy etc.) to sales team
