Assistant Accountant Job Description
Assist in purchase order processing, costing processing, supplier payment processing and banking process
Handle to communicate with supplier for payment follow up
Assist to prepare purchase orders, costing sheets if necessary
Prepare freight forwarders payment such as DHL, Enkei and keep records properly
Maintain the purchase transition record and other record in both tally and excel
Assist for other necessary job for account department if assigned by Head of Department
Cashier Job description
Handle cash collection, cash transactions, and banking transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Deposit cheques received from customers into the bank.
Report payment receipts promptly via the designated Viber group.
Maintain records of income and expenses, and update the cash book and Excel spreadsheets daily.
Prepare and submit cash reports to the Senior Accountant and General Manager as required.
Support the overall accounting functions as needed.
