  1. Reconciling Sales Vouchers, Delivery Orders (DO), and Van Returns with physical stock balances.
  2. Reviewing remarks from returned Sales Trip Summaries and monthly summaries for Consignment, Credit, and Company accounts.
  3. Conducting on-site inspections at Yangon Consignment shops to verify consistency with monthly reports and reporting any discrepancies to the Chief Accountant (CA).
  4. Auditing monthly Consignment, Credit, and Company Trip Summaries.
  5. Communicating with upcountry (provincial) customers to perform account reconciliations.
  6. Verifying the accuracy of cash collections from upcountry sales trips.
  7.  Recording utilized sales vouchers and voided (canceled) vouchers into the system.
  8. Handling banking matters and transactions as assigned by the Director.
  9. Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
