• Provide accounting services and support daily accounting operations

• Update electronic accounting records via Excel or accounting software
• Assist Accounts Manager/Senior Accountant in preparing consolidated data and financial statements
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules for auditors or Senior Accountant
• Liaise with other departments when necessary
• Handle issuing payment & receipt vouchers, cheque preparation and telegraphic transfers
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned
• Willing to be trained in SAP Business One Software
• Able to work in a dynamic workplace with multitasking

• B.Com or Any Graduate
• LCCI Level (III) Diploma or related professional qualification preferred
• 1 or 2 years of working experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
• English proficiency is preferable
• Knowledge of Taxation and Withholding Tax is advantageous
• Independent, proactive and a good team player with interpersonal skills
