Operations and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Plan resources and ensure IT support coverage for wholesale operations, including weekends.
• Manage local IT operations and mentor IT interns.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurring problems across web, mobile, front-end, back-end, and middleware systems.
• Collaborate with business teams, regional application teams, and third-party vendors.
• Report to the HOD and IT Service Manager.

Project Implementation and Digital Transformation 

• Support new system implementations, migrations, and regional projects as the local IT contact.
• Design and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and custom workflows.
• Manage SIT/UAT, test cases, and production deployments.
• Prepare monthly reports on operations, tickets, and system improvements.

Business System Management 

• Support wholesale technology, including POS, HHT devices, and barcode/weight-scale integration.
• Manage wholesale data, including PLU, BOM, pricing, promotions, and cross-system data.
• Support critical deployments outside business hours and travel locally or overseas when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with IT systems, database, ERP, and POS.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Reporting, and wholesale POS systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale operations, pricing, promotions, PLU, HHT, and weight-scale integration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 automation, Power Automate, advanced Excel, macros, and VBA.
• Strong in SQL, database administration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong in Power BI, Microsoft BI, data modeling, dashboard, and reporting skills.
