Manage and oversee manufacturing costing activities, including product costing, standard costing, and actual cost calculations.

Calculate product costs based on raw materials, direct labor, manufacturing overhead, and other relevant production expenses.

Analyze production costs across extrusion, weaving, printing, lamination, recycling, thread production, and sewing processes.

Monitor material consumption, production yield, scrap, wastage, and rework to identify cost inefficiencies.

Compare actual costs against standard costs and budgets, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Review inventory valuation for raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), semi-finished goods, and finished goods.

Prepare monthly costing reports, cost of goods manufactured (COGM), cost of goods sold (COGS), and product profitability analyses.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments to ensure accurate costing data and effective cost control.

Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, auditing, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate costing data and support SAP S/4HANA costing processes to improve cost transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including substantial manufacturing costing experience.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential; plastic, packaging, or other process manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Experience in product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost control.

SAP or another ERP system experience is preferred, particularly in inventory, production costing, or controlling modules.
