Oversee and coordinate the overall operations and performance of all departments.
Ensure effective implementation of company plans, policies, procedures, and
management decisions.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of Department Managers and ensure accountability
for departmental targets.
Monitor business performance, revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.
Review and control departmental budgets and operating costs.
Drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Conduct management meetings and ensure effective communication and
coordination among departments.
Identify operational issues and recommend solutions and improvement plans
to Top Management.
Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures
, and management systems.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Top Management .

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of management experience.
Strong leadership, management, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage and coordinate multiple departments effectively.
Good command of English and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Able to work under pressure and take responsibility for overall business performance.
