Job Descriptions

1.  Assist in creating production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources. 
2.  Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and support services. 
3. Lead and motivate production team members, assigning tasks and providing necessary training. 
4.  Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards. 
5. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process. 
6. Identify and report quality issues to the Production Manager. 
7.  Monitor raw materials inventory levels and place orders as needed. 
8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. 
9. Generate production reports on key metrics like output, scrap rates, and efficiency. 
10.  Maintain accurate production records and documentation. 

Job Requirement

1. Any Graduates with at least 5 Year Experience in Manufacturing Managing Roles
2. Must Have an Advanced Microsoft Office Skill & Can Learn the related Software.
3. Must Have a good team leading abilities and negotiation skills
4. Must Have a good english communication skill
5. Capability to identify and resolve production issues promptly
6. Primarily based on the production floor, with exposure to manufacturing equipment and working conditions. 
7. May require flexible hours depending on production demands.
