•  Build and manage strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors for telecom civil works.
•  Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
•  Prepare BOQs, cost estimations, and comparison sheets.
•  Conduct market benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
•  Oversee end-to-end project execution, including site surveys, civil works, equipment installation, and quality assurance.
•  Lead, guide, and mentor project teams (technicians and engineers) to achieve project objectives.
•  Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
•  Manage the full RFQ/RFP process and conduct final quotation evaluations.
•  Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with contractual terms..

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•  Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience within the telecom sector.
•  Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly preferred.
•  Strong knowledge of telecom civil and infrastructure projects.
•  Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong problem-solving ability, capable of handling complex technical and logistical challenges under pressure.
•  Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, contract management, and vendor coordination.
