Build and manage strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors for telecom civil works.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimations, and comparison sheets.
Conduct market benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including site surveys, civil works, equipment installation, and quality assurance.
Lead, guide, and mentor project teams (technicians and engineers) to achieve project objectives.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Manage the full RFQ/RFP process and conduct final quotation evaluations.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with contractual terms..

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience within the telecom sector.
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, capable of handling complex technical and logistical challenges under pressure.
Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, contract management, and vendor coordination.
