Main Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the airport's commercial strategies, business plans, and departmental objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in managing commercial contracts, lease agreements, and concession performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with airlines, concessionaires, tenants, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and operation of commercial projects and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, safety standards, and relevant legal requirements in all commercial activities.
  • Handle customer and tenant inquiries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for commercial projects and management meetings.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.
