Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Department Oversight: Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and alignment with company policies and overall business objectives.
• Team Management: Hire, train, mentor, and manage the marketing team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with Senior Leadership, Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Branding & Integrated Marketing

• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency, messaging, and standards across all digital, print, and offline channels.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target segments, emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.
• Campaign Execution: Determine optimal media channels (Social Media, Print, Web, TV, Billboards) and manage the creation of marketing collaterals and email campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Digital Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Lead Generation: Lead content and campaign efforts across digital, content, and event marketing to attract prospective students, parents, and key stakeholders.
• Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling media (blogs, videos, infographics, brochures).

Communications & Budgeting

• Internal Communications: Keep internal teams and stakeholders updated with campaign timelines, brand guidelines, and performance feedback.
• External PR & Media: Represent the company brand, manage PR/media/influencer relationships and handle press releases and public inquiries.
• Financial Management: Develop, allocate and optimize the marketing budget for assigned projects to maximize ROI.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Marketing Manager or in a senior marketing role.
• Digital Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Social Media Ads and Email Marketing tools.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to drive business goals into actionable with marketing campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills (for internal leadership and public representation).
• Leadership: Strong leadership, project management and budget management skills.
