• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and education consultancy teams to meet student recruitment targets.
• Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market reach for students aiming to study in Malaysia.
• Track daily sales pipelines, conversion rates, and generate weekly performance reports.
• Ensure education consultants provide accurate, high-quality guidance regarding Malaysian universities, courses, and EMGS visa processing.
• Build and maintain active relationships with schools, partner Malaysian universities, and educational stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation via social media campaigns.

     Other requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience specifically within an Education Service Agency or student recruitment consultancy.

• Strong familiarity with the Malaysian education system, university networks, and visa requirements is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing both sales executives and specialized education consultants.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sales pipeline management.
• Highly target-oriented, resilient, with exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
