  • Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
  • .Check the products before the opening and closing of the store/ Conduct & Monitor day to day stock in Out process
  • Encode the delivered or ordered materials or products
  • .Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints.
  • .Communicate with the Brand manager regarding the sales, employees and other important matters.
  • Organize and distribute staff schedules.
  • Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
  • Manage different departments within the store.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Any  graduate
  • Must have an experience working in a mall, shop or retail stores preferably as a Manager
  • Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience.
  • Age between 26-35 years old
  • Be proficient in both English and Myanmar Languages
  • Must have good communication skills & good personality
  • Must have some solid retail experiences
