Assist in evaluating requirements for developing a new hospital and its clinical services.
Collect and analyze clinical and operational data to support planning decisions.
Assist the hospital development committee in all the development phases throughout the project.
Document clinical workflows, SOPs, and process maps under guidance from senior staff.
Support in standardizing procedures in alignment with quality standards.
Identify bottlenecks and propose minor workflow adjustments.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs.
Assist in preparing status reports and presentations for management.
Assist in operational readiness planning for new units or services.
Support dry-runs, mock drills, and commissioning tasks during service launch.
Monitor early-stage performance and gather feedback.
Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners as required.
Support meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain all project documentation and approvals.
Ensure workflows align with accreditation standards (JCI/AACI).

Bachelor’s in medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Business Management, or related field.
1–2 years' experience in healthcare operations and/or service planning
Prior experience in hospital administration, clinical management, or healthcare operations is preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards in Myanmar.
