▪️Facilitate the management of implementing pharmacy best practices, engaging in assessing the safety of newly deployed medications, managing inventory and storage of medications.
▪️Work as/lead an integral team with pharmacy staff and other disciplines to deliver medication safety and to meet MMU quality standards.
▪️Dispense prescription medication and provide pharmacological information to patients.
▪️Provide billing information for medications.
▪️Facilitate system change process. Establish processes to improve medication management.
▪️Actively engaged in medication error mitigation and prevention.
▪️Lead an effort in error identifications of harmful medication error cases.
▪️Responsible for pharmacy inventory management activities including ordering, counting, receiving, pricing, making stock report and facilitating returns.
▪️Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
▪️Support health care activities and team.
▪️Respond to patients and their relatives’ inquiries, concerns and complaints.

▪️Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Pharmacy.
▪️At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in hospital/clinic.
▪️Have a full understanding of Medication Management and Use (MMU), in reference of  international/professional hospital standards i.e. JCI, AHA.
▪️Be able to influence the culture of safety for medication management.
▪️Be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
▪️Have strong leadership, analytical and decision making skills.
▪️Have good interpersonal and coordination skills. Be able to collaborate with various parties.
▪️Detail oriented, service minded, safety and quality concerns.
▪️Able to work under pressure and possess multitasking skills.
▪️Good computer skills.
▪️Strong language skills both Burmese and English speaking and writing.
