Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented compliance professional to support legal, risk, and regulatory activities in a textile manufacturing environment. You will help ensure policies, procedures, and operations meet internal standards and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities
● Support implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls across operations.
● Monitor regulatory, legal, and customer requirements relevant to garment and textile activities.
● Conduct periodic compliance checks, identify gaps, and recommend practical corrective actions.
● Assist with risk assessments, incident reviews, and follow-up on action plans to closure.
● Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and audit records for management.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on compliance matters and updates.
● Support training and awareness activities to strengthen a culture of compliance and accountability.

● Bachelor’s degree in  Business Administration, Compliance, or a related certificates/ diploma
● 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal support, risk management, or internal control.
● Experience in clothing, garment, textile, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
● Good understanding of labor, safety, ethical, and operational compliance requirements.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Burmese is an advantage.
● Proficient in MS Office, record keeping, and report preparation.
● Organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
