Job Summary
Seeking a skilled finance professional to support day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and controls for a growing textile and garment business in Thanlyin, Yangon. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with management.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage all company taxation matters including tax filing, payments, and compliance with local tax regulations.
● Prepare management reports, financial statements, and supporting schedules for review and decision-making.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
● Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and related government departments
● Review transactions, reconcile accounts, and identify variances or issues requiring correction.
● Assist in mentoring finance team members and improving accounting procedures and workflows.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. (CPA, ACCA)
● Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing, garment, or textile.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, taxation, and internal control procedures.
● Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
● Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
● Able to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently under pressure.
● Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and external interactions.
