  • Responsible for overseeing daily financial operations including invoicing, payment processing, cash collection, and transaction management. Prepares and presents monthly financial reports, budget comparisons, and ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Conducts financial performance analysis covering key indicators such as Sales Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and CAPEX, while identifying trends, variances, and business efficiency improvements. Involved in budgeting (OB 4+8 and 9+3), financial planning, and financial modeling activities.
  • Ensures compliance with financial policies, procedures, regulations, and accounting standards, while supporting ERP and Business Intelligence system implementation for accurate reporting and dashboard development.
  • Provides strategic financial insights to senior management for both short-term and long-term decision-making, including ROI analysis for marketing, promotions, pricing, and business expansion projects. Also supports process improvement, operational efficiency, and SOP development
  • Leads and motivates the finance team while coordinating with department heads to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance, with additional support for ad-hoc requirements from senior management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA is a strong plus).
  • 8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial management.
  • Advanced financial modeling and budgeting expertise and strong familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial compliance, and operational metrics (COGS, OPEX, CAPEX).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and cross-functional department heads.
