  • To develop the BIM model for upcoming projects
  • To review and comments for BIM model done by third party service provider
  • To update/revise the BIM model during the construction time for the changes
  • To issue the construction drawings from BIM during the construction time
  • Create the BIM model for upcoming projects (overall as C&S., Archi, ID, MEP)
  • Review and comments, update & revise the BIM model for changes during the construction time

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in BIM management, BIM coordination, or construction-related roles and experience as BIM drafter 3-5 years
  • Strong experience in site construction work and understanding of construction processes.
  • Proven experience managing BIM projects from design stage through construction completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM software and modeling tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary BIM coordination (C&S, Architectural, ID, MEP).
  • Good technical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts, engineering principles, and construction methodologies.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
