- Some years of work experience in related field preferred
- Be able to write a technical report in English
- Strong interest in Environmental Research
- Fluency in both English and Myanmar with excellent analytical skills
- Good Communication and Organization skills
- Ability to engage and work with people from all walks of life
- Willingness to travel within the country
- Those who are 30-40 within the age bracket preferred

Responsibilities
- Conduct Secondary research for literature review and good practices in environmental conservation
- Evaluate and improve current methodology to deliver the impact mitigation plan successfully
- Visit site locations and observe the environment for flora and fauna aspects as project stated
- Analyses results to determine potential impacts and develop mitigation plan
- Write report for biological environment report for ESIA process
