Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging sectors in Myanmar’s steel trading industry
Perform GAP analysis on current product offerings versus market demand.
Utilize statistical tools to forecast sales trends and inventory requirements.
Identify and vet potential local and international partners, suppliers, and distributors.
Develop comprehensive business cases for new ventures, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and ROI projections.
Negotiate high-value contracts and oversee the onboarding of new accounts.
Analyze internal sales and supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest automated or streamlined solutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for our internal systems (ERP/CRM).
Create and maintain dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years in Business Development or Strategic Planning, preferably within the trading, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
*Proficiency in Data Visualization ( Power BI, or advanced Excel).
Experience with SWOT and PESTLE analysis frameworks.
Exceptional negotiation tactics, analytical thinking, and the ability to "speak the language" of both sales and operations.
Multilingual capabilities (English and Burmese are essential; Mandarin is a plus)
