With the general supervision of the Retail/distribution manager, you get opportunity to maximise company’s sales volume and ensure customer satisfaction within company’s sales strategy & sales conditions. Attend our current distributors as well as retailers in the upper Myanmar region.

Business development:

Distribution:
Expanding retail networks to other cities outside Mandalay, find potential retailers and finalise agreement and stock. Animation of the retailer network through promotion & point of sales activities, marketing, communication and road shows. Following their inventory level.

Give feedback from the market on all business aspect, price positioning, competitiors offer/price/etc..., and product offer on all market segment in close cooperation with marketing team and sales manager. Feedback price variation, market trends, competitor’s activities to marketing department. Achieve sales target and expand our presence and visibility in the distribution.

Projects:

Follow up and close projects in cooperation with Yangon technical support team and BD team in cooperation with distributors and local partners for Upper Myanmar. Achieve project sales target.

Requirements:
• Sales track record and 5 years minimum experience in Electrical Distribution
• Technical background and ability to make quotation
• Strong experience in sales and negotiation
• Experience as branch manager, 3 years minimum.
• Good English skills and intercultural skills
• Located in MDL with frequent trip to other cities in Upper Myanmar (30% of the time)
• Able to liaise with people at all levels, within and outside of company
• Able to work in autonomy with reduced supervision
