 – Manage the establishment and administration of the branch office in line with organizational policies and approved budget.

 – Handle staff requisition, onboarding, and overall management to ensure and effective workforce at the branch.

– Supervise staff performance, monitor daily activities, and enforce discipline in accordance with company rules and regulations.

– Plan, survey, and allocate operational areas effectively to field staff based on business potential and coverage.

 – Oversee group formation and ensure 100% physical verification of clients before approval in compliance with company policy.

– Approve and monitor loan disbursement, utilization, repayment, and savings operations to ensure portfolio quality.

 – Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, ensure compliance, and prevent irregularities or fraud.

– Develop and implement branch plans, set targets, and ensure achievement of financial and operational goals.

– Manage branch funds, cash flow, banking transactions, and ensure accurate accounting and financial control.

– Prepare timely reports, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain strong community relationships.

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience in microfinance or banking, including supervisory responsibilities.

 – Strong ability to lead, supervise, and manage staff performance, discipline, and team development.

 – Good understanding of group formation, client verification, loan approval, monitoring, and repayment management.

– Sound knowledge of fund management, cash handling, accounting practices, and adherence to organizational policies.

 – Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills with high integrity and willingness to travel for field supervision.
