Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day functions and operations of processing and building maintenance.
• Plan, organize and perform preventive and routine maintenance programs. Establish & ensure maintenance (water treatment, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, lift & Generator and any other) procedure is executed properly. Coordinate repairs and improvement work with contractors, consultants and the relevant authorities.
• Control and manage budget and expense of facilitates operation and maintenance. Assist in taking charge of ISO documents and M&E checklist.
• Comply with all safety procedures such as fire alarm system, fire hydrant system & fire hose reel system and requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
• Carrying out regular inspection and provide recommendation for improvement or rectification work if needed. Conducting regular inspection to ensure all maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
• Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the project team to resolve any technical issues. Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
• Assist in building rectification, renovation works etc. Supports day-to-day facilities operations and projects by supervising building services, managing building sub- contractors and ensuring compliance with safety, quality standards.

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum Diploma and above in Building/Construction/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience (3+ years) in mechanical maintenance with M&E works and or building services roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and also possess great interpersonal skills written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs i.e Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of building works, i.e. water proofing, carpentry, building repair work, office renovation. Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel application for generating schedule, maintenance reports.
