လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်တာဝန်များ

A Good Opportunity for ..

Prepare and review MEP Quantity Take-offs, BOQs, Cost Build-ups, and Tender Estimates.
Review drawings, specifications, scope, and supplier/subcontractor quotations for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, forecasts, and cost variances.
Conduct and verify site measurements, progress valuations, and subcontractor work quantities.
Prepare and evaluate Variations, Claims, and Change Orders, including supporting documents.
Support subcontractor payment valuation and Final Account preparation.
Perform cost analysis for Value Engineering (VE) and design changes.
Coordinate with Tender QS, Commercial QS, Procurement, Finance, Project Management, MEP, and Technical Teams.
Guide and review QS Engineer(s) on quantity take-off, measurement, and documentation.
Maintain accurate QS/cost records and prepare required cost reports.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a relevant Construction discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or Cost Control.
Strong knowledge of MEP BOQ, Quantity Take-off, Tender Estimation, Cost Control, Variations, Measurement, Valuation, and Final Accounts.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; AutoCAD/BIM or Quantity Take-off Tool experience is preferred.
ERP / Cost-Control System experience is an advantage.
Good analytical, numerical, commercial, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Working English proficiency for technical specifications, quotations, and correspondence.
