  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the banking and telecommunications sectors.
  • Promote and sell core banking software solutions to banks and financial institutions.
  • Promote and sell currency counting machines and other banking equipment.
  • Market and manage IT managed services for telecommunications companies.
  • Promote software maintenance, technical support, and professional services to banking customers.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate business solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT solution sales, software sales, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Experience in selling banking software, banking equipment, or managed IT services is preferred.
  • Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or telecommunications companies is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and IT infrastructure.
